About the Role We’re looking for a Media Officer to join our Marketing team and fill a critical gap in PR and media activities. This role is essential for managing communications, campaigns, and urgent media requests, ensuring our messaging is consistent, authentic, and aligned with our organizational culture. You’ll report to the Content Marketing Specialist and work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality media engagement and support. What You’ll Do * Respond quickly to urgent media requests and manage day-to-day communications. * Build strong, long-term relationships with journalists and media outlets. * Ensure messaging aligns with organizational priorities and culture. * Support campaigns and adapt strategies on the fly for maximum impact. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in media relations, PR, or communications. * Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
