What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that blend fun with learning
• Supervising children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Supporting homework time with patience and encouragement
• Facilitating both indoor and outdoor recreational activities
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Adapting activities to meet diverse needs and interests

What We're Looking For

We believe the best educators bring both heart and skill to their work. You don't need to be perfect – you just need to be passionate about making a difference!

• Certificate III in School Age Education and Care (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certification (or commitment to obtain)
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with school-aged children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a casual role
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
