🔧 What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for members and guests, manage bookings, answer questions, and support the smooth running of the centre.
- Greet and assist visitors
- Handle phone/email enquiries and bookings
- Process payments and memberships
- Support the team with events and daily operations
