Part Time (12 hpw) Wednesday and Thursday 11am-5pm
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Part Time Pool Lifeguard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pool users while maintaining a clean and welcoming aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Perform regular pool inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Administer first aid and CPR when required
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation
- Assist with pool setup and pack down as needed
Requirements
- Current and valid Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Availability to work flexible part time hours including weekends
