The Y NSW delivers a range of engaging, child‑focused programs for school‑aged children (5–12 years).
In this role, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment, working closely with children, families and the wider school community.

As an OSHC Educator, you’ll:
- Create fun, inclusive, and age‑appropriate activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children’s wellbeing, safety, and development
- Work collaboratively within a supportive OSHC team
- Help deliver high‑quality before and after school programs

- Qualification and experience
- Understanding of Outside School Hours Care environments
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- A warm, reliable, and team‑focused approach
- Availability for before and/or after school shifts

$32.59 to $38.85 + superannuation & benefits depending on quals and experience.
