About the Role

As a Gymnastics Mentee, you'll work alongside experienced coaches, learning how to deliver engaging and safe gymnastics programs while building your confidence as a coach.

No previous coaching experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for working with children.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting coaches during gymnastics classes
• Learning fundamental gymnastics coaching techniques
• Supporting children as they develop new skills and confidence
• Helping set up and pack down equipment
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow coaches
• Participating in mentoring, training, and development opportunities
