Hawkesbury Oasis is a vibrant community aquatic and recreation centre located in South Windsor, operated in partnership with Hawkesbury City Council and The Y NSW. More than just a gym or pool, the centre plays an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and connection of the local community.
The centre offers a diverse mix of fitness, aquatics and community programs, including a health club, group fitness classes, personal training, swimming lessons for children and adults, squad training and aqua aerobics. Facilities include a heated indoor pool, 50m outdoor pool, group fitness studio, spa, sauna, steam room, creche and accessible amenities, making it a busy and dynamic place to work.

🔑 What You’ll Do
- Oversee all kiosk operations — stock control, ordering, sales tracking & cash handling
- Ensure the kiosk is well‑presented, well‑stocked, efficient and profitable
- Support customer service operations and help resolve member and visitor enquiries
- Develop rosters, support staff training and set high standards for service and professionalism
- Maintain administrative tasks such as banking, filing and centre information updates
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk, and safeguarding policies (including incident and hazard reporting)
🧩 What You Bring
- Strong customer service background and experience in kiosk or retail operations
- Experience supervising or developing staff
- Confidence using point‑of‑sale systems (LINKS experience a bonus)
- A proactive, positive attitude and great communication skills
🎓 Essential Qualifications
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Food Handling Certificate
