What You'll Be Doing

As our newest swim instructor, you'll be the hero who guides students through their aquatic journey. From teaching toddlers their first kicks to helping adults conquer their fear of deep water, every day brings new challenges and rewarding moments.

Your typical day might include:

• Leading engaging group swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels
• Providing personalized one-on-one instruction tailored to individual needs
• Creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Demonstrating proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
• Tracking student progress and celebrating their achievements
• Maintaining pool safety standards and emergency preparedness
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student development

What We're Looking For

The perfect candidate is someone who lights up when they see others succeed. You don't need to be an Olympic swimmer, but you should be comfortable in the water and excited about sharing that confidence with others.

Essential qualifications include:

• Strong swimming abilities across all four strokes
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and enthusiasm when working with learners of all ages
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Previous teaching or coaching experience is a plus
