Customer Service Officer

East Gymnastics (powered by The Y) has a fabulous team of qualified coaches who are all passionate about gymnastics, coaching, children and creating a fun.

Between us we have vast experience in gymnastics (of course), dance, acrobatics, ballet, circus, movement development, aerials and trampolining. 

Our custom-built gymnasium in Edgecliff features high ceilings, air conditioning, loads of great equipment, and a comfortable waiting room with viewing windows creating a perfect environment perfect for gymnasts of all ages.

Why This Role Matters

East Gymnastics is growing fast! We’re aiming to increase enrolments to 900 students within 6 months and improve trial conversion rates. To make this happen, we need an extra CSO to support admin and customer service during peak periods, cover staff absences, and help us deliver an exceptional experience for every member. What You’ll Do

• Assist with enquiries, enrolments, and trial management
• Follow up with ex-customers and unconverted trials
• Help reduce drop rates and improve conversion by providing timely responses
• Cover admin gaps so senior staff can focus on coaching and growth initiatives
• Support marketing and business development activities when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and proactive communicator
• Organized and detail-oriented for managing enrolments and follow-ups
• Comfortable with basic admin and tech tasks
• Available for flexible shifts during busy periods
