YMCA Woy Woy OSHC is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Educator to join our welcoming team. Set within a vibrant school community, our service is a place where children feel safe, supported and excited to be themselves. You’ll help bring fun, creativity and structure to each session while building genuine connections with children, families and your fellow educators. We're looking for a wonderful educator to join our friendly OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) team in a permanent part-time position! If you love working with school-aged children and want to make a real difference in their after-school experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As our OSHC educator, you'll be creating fun, engaging, and safe experiences for children before and after school. Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to:
- Plan and facilitate exciting activities and programs
- Support children with homework and educational activities
- Create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

What We're Looking For

- A genuine love for working with school-aged children
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or similar field
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Salary
Mon & Th 6.30-8.30 am + M-F 2:30-5:30pm (19hpw) up to $38.85 depending on qualifications and experience
