• Supporting children's individual developmental needs and milestones
• Collaborating with a passionate and supportive team of educators
• Maintaining accurate documentation and observations of children's progress
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Upholding the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and care

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their wellbeing
• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who brings positivity and enthusiasm to the workplace
• The ability to adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of children
• A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
