Cooma Youth Space is a safe, inclusive and welcoming hub for young people in the Snowy Monaro region. Proudly supported by The Y NSW, the space offers a place where young people can connect, feel supported, and build confidence in a positive environment.
Designed with young people in mind, Cooma Youth Space provides a mix of structured programs and relaxed drop-in opportunities. Whether it’s hanging out with friends, getting support from trusted youth workers, or taking part in activities that build skills and wellbeing, the space is all about helping young people thrive.

💡 About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Youth Worker (Cert III qualified) to join our team at Cooma Y Space.
You’ll help create a safe, inclusive and engaging space where young people can connect, build confidence, and access support. Every day is different — from running activities to building meaningful relationships that make a real impact.

✅ What We’re Looking For
🎓 Certificate III in Youth Work (or working towards)
🤝 Experience supporting young people (paid or voluntary)
💬 Strong communication and people skills

Salary
$68,330 Full-Time Equivalent Base + Super & PBI Salary Packaging
