What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant early childhood education qualifications or equivalent experience
  • A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children, families, and team members
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative learning experiences
  • Understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks
  • Current first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education

CS Award: $38.06 - 48.56 depending on experience and qualifications
