Introductory OSHC Educator (Casual)

Ready for a fun, flexible role?

We're looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Killarney Vale OSHC team, supporting children aged 5–12 years in our before school, after school and vacation care programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone aged with childcare experience who wants to build their career in Children's Services while making a real difference every day.

Our OSHC Educators create engaging experiences for school-aged children and work within a child-focused, age-appropriate environment.

👧👦 What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting fun games, sports, crafts and educational activities
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
• Actively supervising children and supporting their wellbeing
• Setting up and packing away equipment and resources
• Working alongside a supportive team of educators
• Contributing to quality programs that help children learn, grow and thrive.

🌟 We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

• Have previous experience working in childcare, OSHC, vacation care, coaching or children's programs
• Have a positive attitude and plenty of energy
• Enjoy building relationships with children
• Are reliable and confident working in a team environment
• Want to learn, develop and grow your career in Children's Services
• Are passionate about child safety and wellbeing.

🎓 Essential Requirements

You will have, or be willing to obtain:

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid qualification including HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency Response in an Education and Care Setting)
• Current HLTAID009 CPR qualification
• National Child Safety Training (Geccko)
