Our OSHC Educators are the heart of our services, bringing energy, creativity and care to every session. Supporting children across 50+ NSW schools, you’ll deliver engaging programs in Before School, After School and Vacation Care.

Your role

• Lead fun, inclusive activities for primary-age children
• Help design exciting, engaging programs
• Support children’s safety, wellbeing and development
• Build strong relationships with families and your team
• Be part of a 200+ educator network across NSW
• Grow through clear career pathways and development opportunities

About you

You’re enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive. You care about creating safe, inclusive environments and love bringing energy to every day.

What you’ll need

• Experience working with children
• Understanding of child safeguarding practices
• Availability across OSHC hours (Before/After School & Vacation Care)
• HLTAID012 First Aid & CPR (required)
• CHCPRT025 (desirable)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Police Check (we cover the cost)
