Our Children’s Services Team are passionate educators and leaders who create safe, engaging environments for young minds to learn, grow, and thrive. Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before and after school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning.

Every day, our team runs programs that include sport, creative arts, cooking, and more—working closely with children, families, and schools to support development in a healthy, inclusive environment.

We are seeking a committed Permanent Part Time OSHC Educator to join our team in Claremont Meadows. This is an exceptional opportunity to inspire children in your community and create valuable learning experiences outside of the traditional classroom environment. This unique development role is perfect for professionals with a background in teaching or early childcare who are looking for permanent and flexible working arrangements to support their work-life balance.

We are looking for dedicated staff to support children at our OSHC services in the Western Sydney Region. You must be able to commit to all scheduled hours to be considered for this role:

  • Monday to Friday Before School Care: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Monday to Friday After School Care: 1:45 PM to 6:15 PM

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • Experience supervising and a passion for supporting children
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
  • Availability to work before and after school hours
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check
  • Diploma, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (desirable)
  • Current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR
  • Police Check (paid for by the Y)
