This role represents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced District Nurse to join the YDMH team. 

We strive to deliver safe, high quality care and the incumbent will be responsible for providing services to the local community in the comfort of their home.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our skilled clinical workforce to deliver comprehensive medical services to our community. This position reports to the Nurse Unit Manager.
