This role represents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated District Nurse to join the YDMH team. 

We strive to deliver safe, high quality care and the successful applicant will be responsible for providing services to the local community in the comfort of their home.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our clinical workforce to deliver nursing services and support to our community. This position reports to the Director of Clinical services. 

We offer salary packaging, education and wellbeing and support. Remuneration and leave entitlements are according to the Victorian Public Health Sector (VPSC) Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2024 – 2028
