Education and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Manager to join our highly collaborative team. You will work closely with department heads to develop the annual education plan, identify organisational learning needs, and close educational gaps. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate impactful learning that contributes to organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling students for placement
• Monitoring and facilitating completion of mandatory education requirements for all staff
• Identifying staff educational needs in collaboration with department heads
• Facilitating in-house and external training opportunities across the organisation
• Delivering clinical education and leading staff through change

The ideal candidate will be an APHRA registered nurse with experience in workplace education and facilitating learning in a healthcare environment.
