The Enrolled Nurse Transition Program is designed to support newly graduated Enrolled Nurses as they begin their professional careers. This program helps to consolidate knowledge and skills, develop confidence and provide high-quality patient/resident care. 

YDMH is a supportive and inclusive work environment that strives to deliver safe, high quality care. This position will be supported by our Clinical Workgroup, Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager.

We offer salary packaging, education and wellbeing and support. Remuneration and leave entitlements are according to the relevant Enterprise Agreement.
