We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fulfill this key Executive role for a fixed term period of 6 weeks.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leave replacement position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and organisational outcomes that lead to performance improvement.
This position works collaboratively with the leadership team, all staff, VMO’s, contractors and consumers to ensure that YDMH has an effective and coordinated, organisation-wide approach to all aspects of quality improvement, including: performance improvement activities, incident and risk management, management of policies and procedures, emergency and safety management systems and accreditation processes
