This role represents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Health Promotion Officer to make a meaningful impact in our local community, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop improvements and actively assist in the successful achievement of the YDMH Strategic Plan.

YDMH is a supportive and inclusive work environment that strives to deliver safe, high quality care and the successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of competency in Health Promotion Program delivery working under the direction of our Community Health Manager and Director of Community and Support Services.
