YDMH is inviting applications from experienced and passionate Speech Pathologists (Grade 3–4) to join our Community Health team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across residential aged care and community outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver safe, evidence-based speech pathology services to residents, patients, and community members.

·       Coordinate, implement, and evaluate therapy plans for individuals with communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.

·       Facilitate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

·       Support the development of communication skills to enhance quality of life and independence.
