Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
We are excited to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic administration assistant to join our team on a casual basis, delivering services to both our staff and community. You will have a diverse role, including reception duties in both Aged Care and Acute. Task include;
- Admission and discharge
- Receipting
- Reporting (monthly)
- Staff meals processing (fortnightly)
- Banking
- Float and cash management
- General administrative duties to support staff, residents and families
The successful applicant will possess the following criteria:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding and respect for privacy and confidentiality
- A "can do" attitude with a focus on working as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Public health experience desirable
