POSITION STATUS: Permanent Full time - Part-Time

CLASSIFICATION: Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 - YW12)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ·Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA). 

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

ESELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience, ideally in aged care or dementia care
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and funding systems
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement

Desirable:

• Experience in dementia or memory support care
• Working towards or completed leadership/management qualifications
• Experience in palliative care
