Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in aged care education and clinical support?

Yarrawonga Health is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse – Aged Care to join our dedicated team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support our aged care nursing team by providing clinical leadership, mentoring, and education to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Education Coordinator and clinical leaders to deliver training programs, mentor Graduate Nurses, and help develop the next generation of compassionate, skilled nurses.

About the Role

As the Clinical Support Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver and evaluate in-service and clinical education programs.
  • Mentor and support Graduate Nurses and new team members.
  • Conduct annual competency assessments and facilitate skills development.
  • Promote best practice and continuous improvement in aged care clinical standards.
  • Support staff with professional growth, reflective practice, and learning opportunities.

About You

You are a motivated and collaborative professional with:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • Minimum of three years’ clinical nursing experience across diverse care settings.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated ability to educate, mentor, and inspire others.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
