Health Care Worker - Warrina

About the Role:

As a Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Your daily contributions will help our residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals
• Support nursing staff with care planning and documentation
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in aged care or healthcare (desirable but not essential – training can be provided)
• Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a flexible, positive attitude
