About the role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Allawah Memory Support Unit. In this role, you will support other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful environment while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
• Certificate IV in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing

Key Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrate well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
• Possess knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the National Health Reform, National Standards and Aged Care Standards
• Demonstrated ability to deliver of excellent clinical care standards in accordance with Yarrawonga Health philosophy, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others
• An ability to represent as a patient advocate
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentially
