About the Role
This rewarding position will see you working across aged care and community settings, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services that support mobility, independence, wellbeing and quality of life for our residents and clients.
You will become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs for aged care residents and community clients
- Develop mobility, strength, falls prevention and pain management plans
- Provide manual handling education and support to staff
- Work closely with nursing and allied health teams
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Support residents and families with compassionate, holistic care
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Demonstrated physiotherapy experience, ideally within aged care, community or rehabilitation settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A passion for improving the health and wellbeing of older people
