Yarrawonga Health is currently seeking caring and committed Enrolled Nurses to join our Clinical Services team, supporting residents within our aged care facilities.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Yarrawonga Health, you will be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care to residents. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards.
You will:
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.
- Participate in lifestyle therapy activities and support holistic resident care.
- Advocate for residents and ensure their dignity and values are upheld at all times.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a team environment and values respect, integrity, and collaboration. Youโll bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing (EN Level 2 Classification)
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Standards and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- A passion for supporting older people with empathy and respect
