About the Role

Working within Warrina, our assisted-living environment, you will support residents who maintain independence but require a little extra help with daily tasks including meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal care. Residents enjoy unit-style accommodation with round-the-clock access to professional support—your care helps ensure they remain safe, comfortable, and connected.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration
  • Certificate IV in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, including National Health Reform and Aged Care Standards
  • Ability to deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with YH’s values and policies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to acting as a patient advocate
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
