Featuring a 50m 10-lane competition pool, outdoor 25m pool, indoor warm water and learn-to-swim pools, waterplay zones, inclusive changerooms, and a world-class gym, AAC is set to become a national hub for aquatic participation and wellbeing.

Available Roles

Swim Teacher Deliver engaging aquatic education programs that build confidence and skill. Requirements: Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or equivalent), First Aid, CPR. Rem: from FIA L2 Casual Adult $31.19 plus weekend loadings

Pool Lifeguard Be a safety leader—monitor aquatic areas, reduce risks, and promote safe water practices. Requirements: First Aid HLTAID011, CPR HLTAID009, Pool Lifeguard Certificate. Rem: FIA L3 Casual Adult $33.38 plus weekend loadings.

Pool Assistant Support pool operations with maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Requirements: First Aid HLTAID011, CPR HLTAID009, Pool Lifeguard Certificate. Rem: FIA L4 Casual Adult $36.59 plus weekend loadings.

Café Attendant Serve nutritious food and drinks while promoting healthy choices and excellent customer service. Requirements: Safe Food Handling Certificate Rem; FIA L2 Casual Adult $31.19 plus weekend loadings.

Customer Service Officer Be the friendly face of AAC—connect our community with services that make a difference. Requirements: First Aid, CPR. Rem: FIA L2 Casual Adult $31.19 plus weekend loadings.

Health & Wellness Instructor Supervise the Health Club and support members in achieving their fitness goals. Requirements: First Aid HLTAID011, CPR HLTAID009, Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Body Registration. Rem: from FIA L4 Casual Adult $ 36.59 

Group Fitness Instructor Lead dynamic group classes that inspire and energise. Requirements: First Aid HLTAID011, CPR HLTAID009, Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Body Registration. Rem: from FIA L4A Casual Adult $ 38.35.
