The Customer Services Officer is the face of the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre and plays an important role in ensuring our members and patrons receive exceptional customer services in an environment where they can Play, Train and Perform.
Essential Criteria
- Exceptional customer service ability, with the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively to customers
- Strong sales and customer service background preferable in the fitness industry
- Previous experience working in a team environment and foster a positive & professional culture
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with handling cash, point of sale and EFTPOS transactions
- Flexibility to pick up extra shifts as they arise when required.
- You must be reliable and able to work autonomously.
- Confident & enthusiastic
- Have a willingness to support others, work cooperatively as part of a team and be adaptable
- Be self-motivated with excellent personal presentation and a positive and professional attitude
Desirable Criteria
- Must have a pro-active attitude
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Must be reliable, responsible & punctual
- Willingness to learn and ability to communicate effectively
- Confident, positive disposition
- Ability to work in a diverse environment

Qualifications
- Current National Police and Working with Children Checks
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certification
