Are you looking to start or grow your career in hydraulic design? Our Brisbane Building Services team is seeking a Cadet / Junior Hydraulic Designer to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 0–3 years’ experience who are eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Cadet or Junior Hydraulic Designer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers to deliver hydraulic solutions for a variety of building projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in design and documentation while learning industry standards and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the design and documentation of hydraulic systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Supporting senior designers with Revit modelling and drafting tasks.
• Learning to interpret plans, specifications, and codes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–3 years (salary dependent on experience).
• Diploma of Hydraulic Services Design (desired but not mandatory).
• Experience working with Revit is desirable
• Sound knowledge of basic computer software (MS Office, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
