What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager within our Power & Energy Project Delivery team, you’ll lead the planning and execution of complex renewable, transmission, distribution and generation projects. You’ll oversee project delivery from early development through construction, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance and an exceptional client experience.
You will:
- Lead delivery across transmission lines, substations and network upgrade projects
- Manage design contracts, scope, deliverables, stage gates, reviews and change control
- Act as the coordination point between Owner, Designer and Contractor
- Support and lead proposal development and strategic bids
- Manage forecasting, invoicing, variations and contract compliance
- Standardise project processes and reporting while uplifting PM capability
- Build strong client relationships across commercial and delivery matters
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to organisational project management growth
About You
You’ll bring a passion for great delivery along with:
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar
- Proven experience delivering Transmission & Distribution projects
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from planning to close‑out
- Experience managing design contracts, stage gates and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and tools
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience coordinating consulting teams across regions (highly regarded)
