What You’ll Do

• Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience that sets the tone for our visitors.
• Support the Workplace Team Leader and Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Be the go-to person for AV and tech support in client-facing spaces—help us stay connected!
• Manage calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Keep our reception world-class—because details matter.
• Handle office essentials: stationery, invoices, and security systems.
• Drive improvements and bring fresh ideas to enhance our services.

What We’ll Love About You

• Previous experience as a corporate receptionist (ideally in a large, multinational environment).
• Tech-savvy and confident troubleshooting AV systems.
• Calm under pressure, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Polished, professional, and ready to represent WSP with pride.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
