The opportunity
As a Senior Property Risk & Compliance Assessor, you’ll lead high-impact compliance and risk assessments across diverse properties; identifying non-compliance, uncovering gaps, and driving smart, actionable remediation strategies.
Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll work with our local clients to elevate their safety and compliance standards.
Day to day, you will:

- Witness and evaluate Systems Interface Testing (SIT) with service providers
- Perform quarterly egress and annual passive systems inspections
- Manage data and prepare technical reports and review reports for small to medium projects
- Assist with annual compliance documentation such as AESMRs or state equivalents
- Stay informed about evolving compliance regulations and industry trends to offer proactive recommendations and anticipate potential challenges
- Contribute to improved client satisfaction and feedback
- Occasionally travel for regional/interstate work and attend SITs outside standard hours
This role will give you the opportunity to continuously upskill and support broader property compliance projects (e.g. risk, confined space, hazardous chemicals, plant, and traffic assessments) following training.
