WSP is one of the world’s leading engineering professional services firms, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior or Associate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Property & Buildings team in Brisbane. This is your opportunity to work on iconic projects that define skylines, transform communities, and leave a lasting legacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver civil engineering designs for major property and building developments across Queensland and beyond.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to create integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships with confidence and professionalism.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Support business development and proposal preparation for new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering design, ideally within the property/building sector.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater, earthworks, pavements, utilities, and site development.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., 12D, Civil 3D, DRAINS, MUSIC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• RPEQ or working towards chartership is highly desirable.
