Our Mining Group

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What you’ll do:

This role will be a 2:1 roster from Perth, working on one of our major iron ore projects in the Pilbara region, initially on a 12 month contract. As a key member of the site based project team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations through effective coordination of site administration activities. Some of your day to day will include;

  • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation processes including travel, accommodation, rosters, and site access requirements.
  • Managing LV's on site - hiring for visitors, recording of the odometer servicing, damages, repairs, allocation of the cars etc.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports and communications.
  • Data entry of Invoices, delivery dockets and debit card receipts.
  • Ensures visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access.

About You

We're looking for someone who can handle a high pressure and fast paced working environment, and someone who values a team player culture. Ideally you will come with;

  • Experience working in a high volume Administration position, previous Site experience is advantageous.
  • Ideally a background working on mining, construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic site environment.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
