What You’ll Be Driving
- Lead the technical delivery of water infrastructure projects.
- Shape and deliver innovative technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Champion project delivery and design management excellence.
- Play a key role in major pursuits and proposals for the WA water market.
- Identify and assist our Section Executive in business development opportunities.
- Oversee commercial, quality, and WHS outcomes across key projects.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation aligned with WSP values.
- Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes.
What You Bring
- Professional Engineering qualification, with 15+ years’ experience, chartered status, and a consultancy background. We are also open to candidates at an Associate level (10+ years).
- Technical expertise across diverse water infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership in major water projects, including program/panel and project/design management.
- Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Water Corporation, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proven D&C project capabilities and maintain strong contractor relationships.
- Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, including virtual and remote staff.
- Strong track record in bids, proposals, and strategic business development.
- Skilled in risk management and applying Safety in Design principles.
- Passion for mentoring and building capability within teams.
