Thanks to the continued success of our Western Australia operations, we’re expanding—and looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Bridges, Aviation & Roads team in Perth.

What you’ll do: 

  • Participate in planning to achieve prescribed objectives.  
  • Support Senior Engineers with the analysis of information, production of designs and computations.  
  • Prepare specifications, proposals, and other documentation under broad supervision.  
  • Utilise a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques in problem solving.  
  • Apply industry standards and guidelines.  
  • Monitor and manage the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.  
  • Prepare high-level technical reports and review medium-sized project reports in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA).  
  • Assist Senior Engineers with proposal submissions. 
  • Participate in initiatives that lead to improved client feedback, satisfaction, and exceed client expectations.  
  • Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations. 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering  
  • At least 3 years’ demonstrated engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment  
  • Prior experience working on Main Roads WA projects and/or road design and engineering projects 
  • Professional Engineer registration (or actively working towards it) 
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards, MRWA guidelines, Austroads standards, and other relevant road design codes 
  • Hands-on experience with civil and road design software
