What You’ll Do

  • Represent WSP professionally and collaborate across disciplines to achieve project success.
  • Coordinate design and documentation with engineering and drafting teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Undertake assigned project work, including 2D and 3D CAD design, adhering to technical and commercial standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, embracing a team-focused approach.
  • Support projects from feasibility studies through to detailed CAD design across multiple sectors.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CAD technical standards and workflows.

About You

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 4+ years' experience in civil design and drafting for water infrastructure, utilities, and other civil engineering works.
  • Practical expertise with AutoCAD and 12D (essential).
  • Previous experience in water, mining, or industrial infrastructure is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with point cloud survey and EDMS is an advantage.
