We’re seeking an Engineer with Controls & Integration expertise to undertake the design, integration, and delivery of control systems across a diverse portfolio of projects including data centres, aviation, transport and commercial developments.

Our Technology Systems team is a group of highly specialised and experienced engineers, consultants and project managers that are fully versed in the latest industry trends, research and practices locally and internationally. What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll work with a team on Controls & Integration projects under the guidance of a senior team member. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting in the design and documentation of projects involving BMS, EPMS, and smart building platforms
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop control strategies and integration solutions
  • Researching and implementing smart sensor and data-driven performance strategies
  • Preparing technical documentation and managing construction phase services
  • Ensuring compliance with WSP’s quality assurance and project delivery standards

About you

  • 2–5 years of experience delivering building projects within an engineering consultancy or controls vendor environment.
  • A relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, providing technical expertise in data analytics and control strategies.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment to delivering technically strong and efficient project outcomes
