We’re seeking experienced professionals to join our growing Advisory team in Queensland. This is your opportunity to make a tangible difference for clients while shaping the growth of our Queensland practice.

About the Role

As a Strategic Asset Management Lead, you’ll bring proven expertise across asset-intensive industries to deliver forward-thinking advisory services. You will:

• Drive client growth and shape our Queensland presence through market engagement with the industry
• Deliver strategic engagements that improve performance, sustainability, and long-term value.
• Leadership focused and able to drive a high-performance culture by inspiring people, empowering growth, and attracting top talent
• Work across diverse sectors, identifying new opportunities across mining, energy, water, transport and Defence.

You’ll be supported by a national and global network of passionate specialists, giving you the chance to collaborate internationally while making a local impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in strategic asset management or related advisory roles.
• Leadership: Proven ability to turn complexity into actionable insights, manage strategic client needs and foster client relationships.
• Growth Mindset: Skilled in identifying opportunities and driving business development.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and influencing client thinking through the use of data and insights.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Asset Management competency is desirable.
