Our Mining Group

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What you’ll do:

This isn’t a mega-project role, it’s about rolling up your sleeves and driving smaller but business-critical projects through to delivery. You’ll be leading packages of work, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring engineering solutions are executed to plan. If you enjoy getting into the detail, making things happen, and seeing tangible outcomes on site, this role will suit you.

• Managing sustaining capital and brownfield mining projects from initiation through delivery.
• Driving scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes across mechanical and multidisciplinary packages.
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Applying your mechanical engineering knowledge to support design decisions and practical implementation.

About You

• Background as a Senior Project Engineer, Package Manager, or Project Manager in mining or heavy industry.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline).
• Experience with sustaining capital, brownfield, or mid-scale project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple packages concurrently, with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
