What you’ll do:

Join our dynamic team in Melbourne as a Senior Civil Designer and be part of our exciting growth trajectory. We are seeking a talented individual to work on diverse civil, mining, and infrastructure projects, focusing on the design of dams, landfills, and related infrastructure.

As a Senior Civil Designer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Spearhead the delivery of innovative design solutions by leveraging your expertise in three-dimensional modeling across a wide range of resource, waste, and infrastructure sector projects.
  • Collaborate with our industry-leading design team to develop detailed engineering models, drawings, figures, bills of quantities, and schematics. From concept to detailed design and construction issue, you will play a crucial role in bringing projects to life.
  • Engage with key project stakeholders to understand constraints and identify opportunities for innovative design, ensuring your work aligns with project objectives.
  • Make a significant impact by contributing to the development of an exceptional team of civil designers who share a passion for excellence and collaborative project delivery.

About you:

To thrive in this role, we expect you to possess the following:

  • Relevant tertiary education (Certificate, Diploma, and/or Degree) in civil design, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth.
  • A wealth of industry experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in dam and/or landfill design. However, we also welcome candidates with expertise in related fields.
  • Proficiency in three-dimensional modeling, particularly in AutoCAD Civil 3D, which serves as our primary drafting package. Your ability to adapt your 3D modeling skills will be highly valued.
  • A proven track record of seamlessly integrating into project teams composed of diverse professionals, showcasing your exceptional collaborative skills.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpretive, and communication abilities, enabling you to efficiently analyze complex information and effectively convey your insights.
