WSP is expanding our Property & Buildings practice nationwide, and we’re seeking experienced Senior Civil and Structural Engineers to help us deliver landmark projects that define cities and communities.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver complex civil or structural engineering designs across major building projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and technical excellence
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and growth
- Engage with clients, architects, and stakeholders to shape project outcomes
- Champion sustainability and resilience in design
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in civil or structural engineering within the property and buildings sector, typically 7 to 10 years post-graduate experience
- Strong technical capability and design leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for shaping the built environment with purpose and creativity
