What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle—bringing technical precision and creativity to every stage
  • Produce and review high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards
  • Lead or support design management for diverse water and wastewater projects and program work packages
  • Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, working with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Contribute to proposals and pursuits, helping secure exciting new projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent)
  • 6+ years’ experience in consultancy, ideally with water and wastewater infrastructure design
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes
  • Experience in design management and detailed design delivery
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering
  • Understanding of Safety in Design principles
  • Chartered status (or working towards it) highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment
  • Bonus: Experience in Design & Construction projects
