WSP Australia’s Water Utilities team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator and/or Project Manager to join our NSW Water Group. Whether you're already leading projects or looking to take the next step in your career, we offer a supportive and flexible environment to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate Section 73 projects from application to completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
  • Design key Sydney Water assets including potable water, recycled water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, Sydney Water teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture
  • Conduct and coordinate Sydney Water inspections, site visits, and project documentation
  • Prepare and submit FIFM plans, bonding arrangements, and Sydney Water applications
  • Ensure all work meets time, budget, and compliance expectations
  • Collaborate with a national and global network of water professionals

About You

Your experience and qualities may include:

  • Experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator or in a related project management role
  • Knowledge of Sydney Water policies, WSAA codes, and regulatory procedures
  • Sydney Water category accreditations (FIFM, W1–W3, S1–S2, C1–C4) are highly regarded
  • Comfortable with tools like AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Strong communication skills – you're equally at ease with clients, colleagues, and contractors
  • Leadership mindset – you take pride in mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred, not essential)
