What you’ll do:

As a Senior Associate Civil Engineer in our Adelaide office, you'll assume a crucial leadership role. Enhance your skills and contribute to the esteemed reputation of our Geo-environmental engineering team. You'll engage in significant projects across the civil, infrastructure, and mining sectors, focusing on managing subsurface environmental risks and developing solutions in geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.

  • Develop cutting-edge and sustainable engineering solutions as part of an industry-leading team.
  • Lead complex geo-environmental engineering projects, covering urban infrastructure, waste management, and mining, including hazardous dams.
  • Play a key role in crafting technical documentation for clients across various project phases.
  • Forge and sustain client relationships to support project delivery and business growth.
  • Manage technical project delivery, oversee risks, and uphold quality standards.
  • Undertake project management with a focus on cultivating repeat business and achieving client-centric outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing project responsibilities.
  • Assist in operational management, contributing to strategy development and execution.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering, supplemented by extensive experience.
  • Proven design expertise in areas related to subsurface environmental risks, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, adept in advising both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership in project management and the ability to handle multidisciplinary projects.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and dedicated to technical excellence.
  • Demonstrated skills in project ownership, decision-making, and mentoring.
